How Do I Know If I Need Therapy?

Everyone comes to therapy with different reasons and goals, and we believe that anyone can benefit from seeing a professional counselor. We will address your goals in your consultation to ensure we are the best fit for your current needs.

How Often Will I Need to See My Therapist?

Each patient and care plan is different, and will be discussed with your therapist. If you would like to be seen with a specific frequency, please notify us at the time of your consultation so that we can try to accommodate your needs.

What Can I Expect From the First Appointment?

Your first appointment will include an overview of our services and policies as well as an assessment, so that you and your therapist can get to know each other. Within your first two or three appointments, you and your therapist will discuss goals in therapy. This will be continuously assessed and reassessed.

How Are You Addressing COVID 19?

We are currently offering teletherapy to encourage social distancing, and hope to continue offering this service throughout the course of the pandemic and beyond.
