AY Behavioral Health Services was founded by Allison Yura in 2020. After over 10 years in the mental health field, Allison’s passion to provide effective counseling and consulting services inspired the opening of our practice. Using an integrative and holistic lens, Allison views the diversity and challenges of the human experience with empathy and compassion; she believes that real, meaningful change is possible. She views her relationship with patients as an opportunity to support their journey and is constantly amazed by the resilience of the human spirit.

With training in ACT, DBT, CBT, Perinatal Mental Health, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and certification in Yoga Informed Therapy, Allison applies a fresh lens to each individual appointment.

Allison is licensed in Illinois and Florida and is available for telehealth sessions for residents of both states. In-person sessions are available in Glenview, Illinois.
